Excel Formula Expert for Inventory Budget

I need a sharp set of Microsoft Excel formulas that let me track inventory levels while automatically calculating monthly and annual budget figures. All of the raw inventory counts, unit costs, and reorder points already live in a single workbook; what’s missing is the logic that ties everything together and rolls it into a clear budget snapshot.

Here’s what I want the finished sheet to do:

• Pull quantity-on-hand, purchase price, and forecasted sales from their respective tabs and translate that into real-time cost‐of-goods numbers.
• Flag items that exceed or dip below predefined budget thresholds.
• Produce an at-a-glance summary—total spend to date, remaining budget, and projected over/under for the rest of the period—without the need for VBA or add-ins.
