Excel Financial Statements Preparation

I need an experienced Excel user to turn my raw transaction data into two polished reports: an Income Statement and a Cash Flow Statement. I already have a rough structure in mind, but it still needs your touch to become a clear, flexible template I can reuse each month.

You’ll start by reviewing the data I provide, confirming the chart of accounts, and then building formulas that flow cleanly from the underlying figures into the two statements. The layout should be easy to read, with subtotals and formatting that make variances stand out at a glance. Once the first draft is ready, we’ll walk through it together so you can refine headings, groupings, or any calculated fields that need tweaking.

Accuracy and a solid grasp of bookkeeping conventions are a must; macros or pivot tables are welcome if they simplify updates. The final hand-off will be an unlocked Excel workbook containing:

• a finalized Income Statement tab
• a finalized Cash Flow Statement tab
• clearly labeled input areas for future transactions
• brief notes explaining any key formulas
