I need a precise, fast-turnaround transfer of numeric financial figures from a secure online portal into my existing Excel workbook. Each day I pull balances, transaction totals, and KPI metrics; about 300 rows (five columns each) must be keyed in with two-decimal accuracy, standard thousand separators, and dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
You’ll receive login credentials and my template. No formulas are required—this is pure data entry—but consistency and an eye for outliers are crucial. Work is ongoing: the first catch-up batch (three months of history) should be completed within 48 hours, after which we can settle into a daily update rhythm.
Deliverables
• Updated Excel file containing every provided record
• Quick spot-check report flagging any missing or out-of-range values
• One-paragraph summary of issues or notable trends
Acceptance criteria: 100 % of rows present, with an error rate below 0.2 % on random audit. You’ll need Microsoft Excel 2019 (or newer) and reliable internet access.
