Excel Feedback Data Entry

I have a batch of customer feedback forms that were completed in Excel. Each file includes several multiple-choice questions, and I only need the options respondents actually picked—no text comments or rating scales.

Your job is to open every form, locate the multiple-choice sections, and manually record the chosen answers into a single master sheet I’ll supply. Accuracy matters: any missed or mis-typed entry will distort our analysis.

Deliverable
• One consolidated Excel workbook listing every respondent and their selected choices, with source file names referenced for traceability.
