Excel Entry & File Conversions

I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer who can first tackle a straightforward Microsoft Excel data-entry job for me. You’ll receive a ready-made template and a folder of mixed text-and-number records; your task is to copy and paste each item into the correct columns, keep the original ordering, and double-check totals or formulas where they appear.

Once the spreadsheet is complete, I also have a handful of simple file-conversion tasks—turning a few JPGs into PDFs and reversing the process on some existing PDFs. If you’re comfortable moving short snippets between Word documents as well, that will round out the assignment nicely.

• Accuracy is more important than speed, though a quick turnaround is appreciated.
• Please keep my template’s formatting intact; adjust column widths only if data is clipping.
• Return the finished Excel workbook plus the converted files in an organised folder structure.
