Excel Duplicate Removal by Phone

I have several Excel workbooks that contain customer records and I’ve noticed the same phone numbers appearing more than once. Your task is straightforward: scan every sheet, spot rows that share an identical phone number, and give me back a version of each file where those duplicates are either eliminated or clearly flagged on a separate tab—whichever you find cleaner to implement.

I do not need help with missing values or formatting issues right now; the focus is solely on duplicate detection. Excel-native solutions such as advanced filters, Power Query, or a short VBA routine are all acceptable, as long as the final files open without macros blocked warnings and every surviving record is unique by phone number.
