Excel Data to PDF Forms

I have several Excel/CSV files that hold the exact text and numbers that must be transferred into pre-designed PDF forms. Each field in the spreadsheet aligns directly with a field inside the form, so the task is to open the form, copy the correct value, and save the finished PDF under the naming convention I provide. Accuracy is critical—figures and spellings must match the source sheet perfectly.

You may use any reliable tool you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange, or another form-filling utility—as long as the final documents remain fully editable PDFs with the fields flattened only after my review.

Deliverables
• A complete set of filled PDFs, one per row in the spreadsheet
• A brief completion log noting any rows that contained missing or ambiguous data

I will supply the spreadsheets, blank form template, and an example of a correctly finished file as soon as we start.
