Excel Data Fix & Entry

I have an existing Excel worksheet that needs a careful clean-up and expansion. First, I want every data error in the current sheet identified and corrected so the file is reliable and ready for analysis. Once the sheet is error-free, I need new mixed data records (numbers and text) added in line with the existing column structure.

Deliverables:
• Cleaned worksheet with all discovered errors fixed
• Newly entered mixed data records, accurately placed and formatted
• A short change log summarising what was corrected and what was added
