Excel Data Entry & Formula Setup -- 2

I have a set of raw figures that I need entered accurately into a master Excel workbook and, just as importantly, I want the file to do the heavy lifting for me once the numbers are in place. This means building solid formulas—SUM, SUMIF/S, XLOOKUP, IF statements, running balances, variance percentages—so the totals and subtotals update automatically every time I add new rows.

Accuracy is critical because these tallies feed straight into management reports. If you spot a cleaner way to structure the sheet or streamline calculations, I’m open to your suggestions as long as everything remains transparent and easy for me to maintain.

Deliverables
• A clean .xlsx workbook populated with my supplied data
• All requested formulas working and tested with sample values
• A brief in-file note (or separate PDF) that shows where to paste future data and how the calculations flow
