Excel Data Entry & Formatting

I have several digital files—mostly PDFs and Word documents—that contain a mix of numbers and text. I need everything transferred accurately into Excel and organised as clean, structured tables. Each table must have clear, consistent headers so the sheet is ready for sorting, filtering, and further analysis the moment you hand it back.

Please keep cell formatting tidy, use native Excel tables (so the headers stay locked in place), and double-check that every numeric figure and text entry matches the source.

Deliverables:
• One Excel workbook with separate, well-named sheets for each source file
• All data entered in official Excel table format, with headers applied
• Quick rundown of any data you could not decipher or confirm

If you’re comfortable working from PDFs/Word and know your way around Excel tables, this should be straightforward. Accuracy and an eye for detail are the priorities; speed is appreciated but never at the expense of correctness.
