I need the numeric records that currently live in my online database transferred accurately into a clean Excel workbook. The task is straightforward: pull each figure, place it in the correct column, and keep the original order intact. Accuracy matters more to me than speed, so please plan on double-checking totals and spot-checking random rows for consistency.

Once the sheet is finished, I’d like a short piece of copy (around 100–150 words) that summarises the key take-aways from the numbers—something clear and engaging I can reuse on my site or in a report.
