Excel Data Entry Automation

I run my business entirely from home in India and need to speed up the way I record daily figures and generate invoices. Right now everything lives in scattered spreadsheets; I’d like a streamlined Excel-based system that pulls raw information into a clean table automatically and then produces customer invoices without manual copy-paste.

What I already know I want
• Automated data entry, not manual typing.
• Built around Microsoft Excel so I can maintain it myself later.

What I’m hoping you’ll deliver
1. A well-structured Excel workbook (or linked workbooks) that lets me paste or import raw CSV/transaction files and instantly populates a master sheet.
2. An invoice-generation sheet (or macro-driven button) that reads the master data, fills out my invoice template, and saves each invoice as a separate PDF with the correct filename.
3. Clear, commented formulas/VBA so I can adjust fields such as tax rates or branding in future.
4. A brief Loom or written walkthrough showing the workflow from data import to final invoice.

If you have ideas—perhaps using Power Query, simple VBA macros, or even leveraging Excel’s built-in tables—to keep everything lightweight and robust, I’m all ears.
