Excel Data Deduplication & Cleaning

I’m working with an Excel worksheet that has grown messy over time and now contains unwanted, exact duplicates. I need a careful clean-up focused on three key columns—Name, Email, and Phone number—so the finished file is accurate, tidy, and easy to maintain.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Scan the spreadsheet for rows where any of those three columns are an exact match to another row.
• Remove or merge the duplicates (we can decide together which approach is safest for my use case).
• Return the cleansed workbook plus a short log or second sheet that lists what you removed or changed, so I have a full audit trail.

You’re welcome to use your preferred Excel tools—Power Query, formulas, VBA, or a mix—as long as the final deliverable is a single, duplicate-free .xlsx file that preserves all original formatting and formulas outside the affected rows.
