Excel Data Cleanup & Entry

I will send you a set of text-based records currently sitting inside several PDF files. Your job is to move every line into a fresh Excel workbook, place each field in its proper column, and apply a clean, consistent layout throughout the sheet.

While you work, please run systematic checks for duplicate rows and, above all, any incorrect data. When something looks suspicious or clearly wrong, flag it, correct it where the fix is obvious, and leave a brief comment so I can trace the change later. Spelling or cosmetic formatting issues are far less important than catching wrong values, but the final file still needs to look tidy and professional.

Speed matters: once I hand over the PDFs I need the finished workbook returned by the date we agree on. The file you deliver should be:

• Fully populated and free of empty placeholders
• De-duplicated, with incorrect data either corrected or clearly flagged
• Formatted for easy reading (header rows frozen, sensible column widths, light table styling)

I work exclusively in Microsoft Excel, so please keep formulas, data validation, and any conditional formatting compatible with the current desktop version.

Send the completed .xlsx file along with a short change log, and we’re done.
