Excel Data Cleaning & Validation

I have several spreadsheets containing a mix of text and numerical fields that now suffer from duplicates, inconsistent formats, and the occasional missing value. I need someone comfortable working directly in Excel to clean, validate, and standardise this data so I can trust every column for downstream analysis.

The scope is straightforward: locate and remove duplicates, harmonise date and number formats, spot and flag any obvious outliers, and fill or clearly mark gaps where information is missing. I will supply the raw workbooks and a short data dictionary so you understand what each field should look like before and after the cleanup.

Deliverables
• A fully cleaned Excel workbook, preserving my existing sheet structure
• A brief change log (another sheet in the same file) outlining the key fixes made and any rows you had to flag for my review

Acceptance will be based on zero duplicate primary keys, consistent formatting across all columns, and no unaddressed validation errors when I run my own checks. If you have macros or Power Query tricks to speed things up, feel free to use them—just leave them inside the file so I can repeat the process later.
