Excel Data Cleaning Specialist

I have an Excel workbook of roughly 50-500 rows that needs a thorough clean-up. The data are general in nature—not strictly financial, customer, or inventory—and I want every cell verified, corrected, and formatted so the sheet becomes reliable for analysis or reporting.

The top priority is data cleaning:
• identify and remove duplicates
• resolve inconsistent capitalisation, number and date formats
• fill or flag missing values where possible
• trim extra spaces and eliminate hidden characters
• ensure column types are consistent throughout

When you return the file I expect it to be ready for immediate use, with a short summary of the actions you took and any rows that still require my review.

I prefer someone who works comfortably with Excel functions such as Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and error-checking formulas, and who can turn this around quickly without compromising accuracy.
