Excel Data Cleaning & Formatting

I have a sales-data spreadsheet with well over twenty columns that needs a meticulous clean-up. The file currently contains duplicate rows, inconsistent date and number formats, scattered blank cells, and several fields—especially names and email addresses—that must be converted to ALL CAPS for consistency.

Here’s what I need done:
• Remove every duplicate record without losing unique information.
• Standardise dates, currency, and numeric fields so the whole sheet follows one clear format.
• Re-organise names, emails, phone numbers, and any loose text into their correct columns.
• Identify blanks or incorrectly formatted entries and either correct or flag them for me.
• Finish by applying a tidy, professional layout (freeze headers, clear font hierarchy, conditional formatting where useful).

You may use native Excel tools, formulas, or Power Query—whatever gets the job done accurately. When you’re finished, I’d like:
1. The cleaned .xlsx file, ready for immediate use.
2. A concise note (or separate tab) summarising the main fixes, so I can trace what changed if needed.
