Excel Data Cleaning & Forecasting Formulas

I have a raw spreadsheet that needs to be tidied up and then pushed a step further into simple predictive work. I only need four well-chosen Excel formulas that will:

• clean the data first—removing blanks, standardising text and isolating usable rows,
• feed a lightweight predictive-model setup so I can forecast future values from the cleaned series.

Please give me:

1. The exact four formulas, written so they drop straight into Excel without extra add-ins.
2. A brief line under each explaining what it does and why you chose it.
3. A small demo sheet (can be dummy data) showing the formulas in action, with the forecasted values clearly visible.

Keep the approach native to Excel—functions such as FILTER, UNIQUE, TEXTSPLIT, LET, XLOOKUP, FORECAST or whatever combination you feel meets the goals most elegantly. Clarity and reusability matter more than complexity; the sheet should stay readable for non-experts once I pass it on.
