I have an Excel workbook filled with customer information that now contains multiple duplicates. I need every record checked against three key fields—Email addresses, Phone numbers, and Names—so that only the most recent occurrence of each customer remains in the final sheet.

• Scan the file, identify duplicates across those three columns, and keep the latest entry while discarding the older ones.
• Return a cleaned, ready-to-use Excel file with no duplicate customer records.
• Include a short, separate tab (or text file if you prefer) that notes how many duplicates were found and removed, plus any edge cases you encountered.
