Excel Bookkeeping & WA Filings

I need a reliable, intermediate-level bookkeeper who is completely at ease working in Excel. The core of the job is to keep my books current and clear so I always know exactly where money is going each month, how it adds up over the year, and what tax reimbursements we can claim when tax season rolls around.

A non-negotiable part of the role is preparing and submitting Washington State quarterly reports; please take this on only if you already know that process inside and out.

To keep everything structured, here is what I expect you to deliver:
• A reconciled Excel workbook each month showing income, expenses, and category breakdowns
• A rolling annual summary that updates automatically from the monthly data
• Ongoing tracking of deductible items and any expected reimbursements or credits
• Accurate, on-time Washington State quarterly filings, with copies saved in the same workbook
