I want to stop exporting data by hand from our GLPI instance and instead have an automated Excel file created on a schedule. The must-haves for the first version are simple:

• Every run should generate a clean .xlsx that lists each technician, the number of tickets they handled, and the average/median resolution time pulled directly from GLPI’s database or API.
• The job can be launched by cron or Windows Task Scheduler; I’m open to whichever is easiest to maintain.
• No manual intervention—once the script or plugin is installed it should run unattended and drop the file in a shared folder or e-mail it.

I’m not completely sure which additional technician-report tasks are worth automating, so I’d appreciate your guidance. If you think weekly versus monthly summaries, ticket-status breakdowns, or performance dashboards add value, let me know how you would fold those in.

Environment details you might need:
– GLPI is the latest stable release running on MariaDB with PHP 8.1
– Server access (SSH + MySQL) is available for development and testing
– LibreOffice Calc compatibility is a plus, but Excel is the primary target

Deliverables:
1. Source code (Python, PHP, or your preferred language) well commented
2. Deployment instructions that a sysadmin can follow in under 30 minutes
3. One successful test run showing the correct technician counts and resolution times

If something here is unclear, ask—otherwise tell me how long you need, which language/library you’ll use, and how you’ll handle future report additions.
