CROSSPOINT MASTER EMBLEM VECTOR RECREATION
The supplied emblem geometry has already been approved. This is a precision vector recreation project—not a redesign. Do not alter, simplify, stylize, rebalance, reinterpret, or otherwise "improve" the supplied artwork. The goal is an exact vector recreation of the approved geometry.
The completed vector master must be suitable for:
*Trademark filing
*Commercial printing
*Engraving and embroidery
*Laser cutting and CNC machining
*Digital and web use
Required File Formats:
* AI (Adobe Illustrator) (must remain fully editable)
* EPS
* SVG
* PDF (true vector PDF, not a placed or embedded bitmap)
Construction Requirements
1) Create the artwork as clean, editable vector paths.
2) Do not use automated image tracing as the final construction method.
3) Remove unnecessary anchor points.
4) Ensure all curves are smooth and all edges are production-ready.
5) Preserve the exact proportions, spacing, line weights, angles, and relationships shown in the supplied artwork.
6) Deliver the emblem centered on the artboard with a transparent background.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and vector illustration
- Experience preparing artwork for trademark applications
- Strong attention to geometric accuracy and production quality
Logo Usage Sheet
Also provide a one-page Logo Usage Sheet including:
1) Minimum clear space
2) Minimum reproduction size
3) Official proportions (Do Not Stretch rule)
4) Approved black version
5) Approved white (reversed) version
CRITICAL DESIGN NOTE
* The 'C' is an independent shape that encircles the horizontal arm of the cross.
*The cross itself is not part of the 'C'.
*The relationship between these elements is intentional and defines the emblem. It must be preserved exactly. Do not merge, reshape, rebalance, or reinterpret this geometry.
Approval Process
Before preparing the final deliverables, submit a black-and-white vector proof for approval. Do not prepare the final file package until written approval has been received.
Intellectual Property
The selected designer agrees that all intellectual property rights, including copyright and all editable source files, in the completed artwork will transfer exclusively to the client upon final payment.
By accepting this project, the designer acknowledges that they have read and agree to all requirements stated above.
