Exact Revit Replica of Building

I will hand you a detailed PowerPoint and brief that show every façade, finish, floor plan and room arrangement of an existing real-estate development. Your task is to reproduce it in Autodesk Revit, matching both the exterior appearance and the internal layouts down to the last mullion, wall thickness and fixture.

Scope
• Build a single .rvt file that contains the full 3D model, all custom families, materials and textures.
• Generate coordinated floor plans, elevations, sections and schedules straight from the model so I can print or tweak immediately.
• Follow the supplied drawings and notes exactly—this is a straight replication, not a reinterpretation. If a dimension or detail is missing, flag it; do not assume.

Acceptance
The job is complete when the Revit file opens without missing families, the geometry and materials visually match every slide, and sheet views overlay perfectly on the original PDF export. I will run a side-by-side check before releasing the final milestone.
