Exact Printed Text Retyping

I have a series of printed documents that need to be converted into an editable digital file. Each page is pure text, and I need every line, heading, and spacing reproduced exactly as it appears on the page—no deviations in fonts, margins, or alignment. Accuracy is critical because these documents will be used as formal records.

Please work from clear scans (PDFs) that I will supply. Feel free to use Microsoft Word or Google Docs—whichever lets you mirror the layout most faithfully—then export a clean, typo-free file back to me.

Deliverables
• Word or Google Docs file replicating the original page-for-page
• Final PDF generated from that file so I can quickly compare it to the scan

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the text matches the source, character-for-character
• Paragraph breaks, indents, and line spacing are indistinguishable from the original
• No hidden formatting or extra styles embedded in the file
