Exact PDF-to-Word Table Conversion

I need my PDF turned into a fully editable Word document so I can revise the text freely, but every table must look exactly as it does now. That means identical cell sizing, borders, shading, fonts, and alignment—no compromises on layout.

You may use Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or any other OCR and layout-retention tool you trust, as long as the final .docx opens in Microsoft Word with:

• All text editable and error-free
• Each table’s structure and formatting 1-to-1 with the original
• No missing characters, broken lines, or shifted elements

Please return a single cleaned, ready-to-edit .docx file; no additional styling passes will be handled on my side. If you spot sections that could break during conversion, tell me up front so we can decide together how to address them.
