Exact PDF-to-Word Layout Conversion

I need the contents of a PDF rebuilt in Microsoft Word with pixel-level accuracy. The brief is very straightforward: every font, size and style visible in the original must appear exactly the same in the final .docx. I will supply the PDF plus the required font files, so nothing should fall back to a default typeface. Paragraph spacing, indents, bold and italics all have to line up so that each page mirrors the source when printed.

Images, graphics or tables are minimal and can simply remain as static objects if they already exist; the primary focus is the text layout itself. Please return an editable Word document that opens cleanly in Office 2016 or newer with no missing-font warnings.
