Exact PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a set of text-only PDFs that I need recreated in Word. Every heading, paragraph break, margin, and bullet has to look the same in the .docx, but I’m not concerned about matching the original fonts perfectly—close equivalents are fine.

There is no OCR work or image placement involved; the source files are selectable text. What I expect back are clean, fully editable Word documents whose layout mirrors the PDFs page for page. Accuracy and consistent styling are the priorities.
