Exact PDF-to-Word Conversion

I need a clean, editable Word file that mirrors my source PDF down to the smallest detail. That means every font, margin, header, footer, and page break stays exactly where it is in the original. All images and graphics must come across at full resolution, sitting in the same positions they occupy now. The document also contains several tables and a few embedded charts, so those elements have to remain fully formatted and editable in Word, not flattened as pictures.

Feel free to use Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, or any advanced conversion software you trust, but the finished .docx must open in Microsoft Word without layout shifts or missing elements. I’ll supply the PDF as soon as we start; you return one perfectly matched Word file.
