Exact PDF to Excel Replication

I have a multi-page PDF that mixes paragraphs of text with a few embedded tables. I need every element—from fonts and line breaks to column widths and cell borders—re-created faithfully in a single Excel workbook. When I open the sheet, it should look and read just like the original document, only now everything must be fully editable within Excel.

Accuracy is critical; I will be spot-checking numbers, punctuation and layout. Strong experience converting complex PDFs to spreadsheets is therefore essential, so please highlight similar projects you have handled rather than submitting a generic proposal.

Deliverable:
• An .xlsx file mirroring the PDF’s content and formatting, with tables properly structured and all text placed exactly as in the source.

I will supply the PDF upon award and expect the finished file within the agreed timeframe.
