I need the typed text from a PDF reproduced word-for-word in an editable file. The source contains text only—no images, tables, or forms—so the task is a straight copy-typing job. Every character, line break, and piece of basic layout must mirror the original; in other words, when I place your file beside the PDF, they should look identical.

Please proof for accuracy before delivery and keep the same formatting hierarchy the PDF already uses (headings, paragraphs, bold or italics where they appear).
