I have between six and ten PDF documents filled mostly with straightforward text and numeric figures. I need every page transferred into Excel while preserving the precise row-and-column structure, fonts, alignments, and any subtotals exactly as they appear in the source files—no simplified or approximate versions.
Your workflow can include Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, VBA, or any reliable OCR solution, but the finished .xlsx sheets must open ready for analysis without further tidying from my side.
Deliverables
• One Excel workbook (or separate sheets, matching each original PDF) with content mirrored line-for-line and cell-for-cell
• Spot-checked proof that totals and numerical values remain unchanged
