Exact ‘NVD’ Logo Replication

I already have a photo of the original ‘NVD’ word-mark and simply need it rebuilt as clean vector artwork. The brief is very specific:

• Match the font style, letter thickness, and the distinctive broken-line / gap detailing exactly as shown in my reference image.
• Colours: white text on a solid black background.
• Deliverables:
– One high-resolution RGB PNG with the black background.
– One high-resolution PNG on a transparent background.
– The fully editable source file in either .AI or .SVG format.
• Please export the PNGs in standard web (72 dpi, 2000 px wide) and print (300 dpi, 5 in wide) sizes so I can drop them straight into other assets.

Nothing else needs changing or stylising—accuracy is everything here.
