Last year I completed the Everest Base Camp trek and brought home hours of raw GoPro, phone, and DSLR footage that has been waiting to become something special. I want those clips, photos, and the little audio notes I recorded on the trail turned into an adventurous, documentary-style film that captures the journey as a personal memory I can proudly upload to YouTube.

The edit should:
• Follow the chronological flow of the trek—from Lukla’s runway to the Base Camp flags—and keep the pacing lively so the viewer feels the altitude and excitement without dragging.
• Lean into an adventurous tone: natural sound from the trail, sweeping drone shots (where available), and a score that enhances the scenery without overpowering it.
• Weave in short on-screen titles or map pop-ups when a new village or elevation milestone appears; these touches help friends and family follow along.
• Clean up shaky clips, balance colour for crisp Himalayan blues and whites, and level audio so dialogue is clear even in windy segments.
• Finish with a polished YouTube-ready file (1080p or higher, H.264), plus any project files so I can make future tweaks if needed.

I’ll share the footage via cloud storage and can provide brief written notes about key moments. You bring the storytelling structure, editing skill (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci—whatever you prefer), and a feel for outdoor adventure films. Let’s turn the trek of a lifetime into a documentary that lets viewers hike every step with me.
