Event VR Game Ambassador

I’m running a busy corporate conference booth in Melbourne where delegates will step into a short, fast-paced VR game. Your role is to be the friendly, confident face who greets visitors, walks them through the setup, and keeps the game flowing smoothly.

You’ll be client-facing the entire time, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. A solid grasp of basic tech troubleshooting will help you shine, and previous event experience will let you hit the ground running. All interactions are in English and I’ll provide a concise, on-site training session covering the game mechanics, and quick tips...it’s very simple!

Key outcomes I need from you:
• Maintain an upbeat, engaging atmosphere that draws foot traffic.
• Guide each player safely into and out of the game space.
• Flag any technical hiccups early and liaise with our onsite technician if needed.
• Capture light feedback or notable quotes from delegates for a post-show wrap-up.

This is an on-site role in Melbourne. Approximate hours will be 9am - 3pm Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th September, and 9am - 12pm on Wednesday 30th September. Shift details, badge pickup information, and the training run-through will be shared once we confirm.
