Event Visual Coordination & Graphics

I’m gearing up for an exciting, high-energy event and need a freelance partner who can handle every visual touchpoint—from the first social teaser to the last slide on stage—while keeping a bold and energetic look throughout.

Here’s what I need:

• Social content
 Plan, design, and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts that spotlight our speakers, sponsors, and special guests. I’ll supply copy points and a content calendar outline; you’ll turn them into scroll-stopping Canva graphics and drop them into our scheduler.

• Event collateral
 A cohesive set of promotional pieces (announcements, ads, flyers) that echo the same bold vibe. These will be used online and in print, so export-ready files are essential.

• Presentation deck
 A polished PowerPoint that carries the event branding seamlessly—animated transitions optional but clean, readable design mandatory.

• Digital / printable program
 A matching agenda or booklet our attendees can view on their phones or pick up at registration.

I’ll provide brand colors, fonts, and logos on day one. You’ll handle layout, refinement rounds, and final delivery in the correct formats. Canva and PowerPoint are non-negotiable tools for this project, and familiarity with common schedulers (Later, Buffer, etc.) will keep us moving fast.
