Event Ticket Sales Manager

I have an inventory of tickets for sporting events, concerts, and other live entertainment that need to be moved quickly and profitably. Your job is to take full ownership of the sales cycle: create attractive listings on StubHub, Ticketmaster, and SeatGeek, set competitive yet revenue-focused pricing, field buyer questions via email, and see each transaction through to verified delivery.

Success here means every seat is listed promptly, pricing is kept in line with market shifts, and buyers receive friendly, accurate answers that convert interest into confirmed orders. Access to my ticket PDFs and barcodes will be provided immediately so you can start posting. I’ll stay available for any account permissions or additional event details you might need, but day-to-day interactions with purchasers will be yours to handle.

To make expectations crystal-clear, the work is considered complete when:

• All provided tickets are live on the three platforms with correct event details.
• Pricing is reviewed at least once daily and adjusted as needed.
• Buyer emails are answered within a few hours, maintaining a professional, courteous tone.
• Each sale is processed and tickets are transferred or shipped according to platform guidelines, with confirmation sent to both the buyer and me.
