Event Spanish Payroll Registration Help

I’m organising a one-off event in Spain and need a payroll specialist who can register my part-time employees with the Spanish authorities quickly and correctly. The job is limited to the staff-registration stage—no salary calculations, tax withholding, or overtime work is required beyond the basic data you must file.

You’ll take the personal and contract details I provide, create the correct part-time contracts, and submit the alta/baja with Seguridad Social and any related declarations so the workers are fully compliant for the event dates. Once registration is complete I expect confirmation numbers or official PDFs that prove each employee is on the system.

Because timing is tight, experience with Spanish labour law, Sistema RED, Siltra or similar tools is essential. Fluency in Spanish is a must so you can liaise with the authorities if questions arise.

Deliverables:
• All part-time employees registered and active in the Social Security system before the event
• Copies of filed forms or confirmation receipts for my records
• A brief note outlining any follow-up or end-of-event steps I should take
