Event Recap Video Production

My upcoming event needs to be captured from start to finish and turned into a polished recap that tells the full story. I will rely on you to handle both on-site cinematography and post-production, delivering an engaging highlight-style summary that flows naturally from arrivals through closing remarks.

On the day, I expect you to record every key segment—speeches, audience reactions, networking moments, décor details, and any spontaneous highlights—using stable, well-lit, high-quality footage with clean audio. Afterward, you will edit the material into a concise recap (roughly 4-6 minutes is ideal), applying smooth transitions, tasteful lower thirds, royalty-free music, and colour grading so the final piece feels consistent and upbeat. A short teaser cut for social media would be a welcome bonus if time allows.

Please outline your relevant experience producing similar event recaps, including any live-shoot examples that demonstrate multi-camera coverage, quick turnarounds, or creative storytelling. Let me know which gear you normally shoot with and your preferred editing platform (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) so I can plan storage and hand-off logistics.

Deliverables:
• All raw footage on an external drive or secure cloud link
• Final edited recap video in 1080p (and 4K if available)
• Source project files and licensed assets for future edits
