Event Photo & Video Coverage

I’m getting ready for an upcoming celebration and need a creative partner who can handle the full visual story—shooting high-quality photos, filming key moments, and then shaping everything into polished, share-ready edits.

The assignment is strictly event coverage, so you’ll be on-site capturing the atmosphere, candid interactions, and any planned highlights. Right after the party I want a rapid turnaround: edited photos for social media within 48 hours and a short highlight video as soon as possible after that. If you prefer using Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Final Cut, that’s perfect—just let me know your workflow so we can coordinate file transfers and deadlines.

Deliverables
• All RAW photos and a curated set of color-corrected, retouched JPEGs (social & print resolution)
• A 2- to 4-minute highlight film, fully edited with basic color grade and music (licensed or royalty-free)
• A selection of 15–20 vertical clips optimized for Instagram Reels/TikTok
