I’m preparing an event in Bangkok and need a confident local partner who can take the microphone from start to finish. Your main responsibility is to welcome the crowd, introduce speakers, keep the agenda on track, and switch smoothly between Thai and English so every guest feels included.
The event focuses on a corporate STEM initiative, where volunteers will create and distribute projects to underprivileged students.
This is a two-day commitment:
Day 1: Prep Day – Understand the event flow and guide volunteers.
Day 2: Event Day – Host the event on November 28th (timing to be confirmed).
The date is approaching fast, so I’m looking for someone who can jump in right away, join a short briefing call, and then meet on-site to rehearse with the team.
