I need a skilled local shooter who can cover the Golden Planet Awards this evening between 6 pm and 9 pm at The Airport Club, Am Wieher 6, 63303 Dreieich – Frankfurt. You will be on-site for at least two hours, capturing a balanced mix of well-framed photos and engaging short-form video clips.
Key moments I want highlighted are guests as they arrive and network, plus the award ceremony itself, particularly the winners’ reactions on stage. Low-light conditions are likely, so fast lenses or suitable lighting are essential. Discreet movement around the venue is important; the event is formal and I’d like the coverage to feel natural and unobtrusive.
Deliverables
• Roughly 30+ edited, high-resolution photos (colour-corrected and lightly retouched)
• 5–10 vertical or square clips, each under 30 seconds, suitable for Instagram Reels or TikTok
Please upload everything to a shared online folder of my choice (Google Drive or Dropbox) within 24 hours so my team can distribute it.
Bring your own camera, stabiliser or gimbal, fresh batteries, and enough memory to hand off files quickly at wrap-up. I’ll be available on site to point out VIPs and answer any last-minute questions.
If you can be at the venue by 5:45 pm ready to start shooting, send a brief note with your gear list and a link to similar event work, and I’ll confirm right away.
