Event Calendar & SMS Reminders

I need an event-focused calendar set up that not only lets me schedule occasions quickly but also kicks out automated SMS reminders to every attendee. The goal is to reduce no-shows and give guests a timely heads-up without any manual texting on my end.

Here’s what I’m after:

• A reliable web-based or mobile-friendly calendar platform configured exclusively for event scheduling.
• Seamless capture of event details—date, time, location, description—and instant syncing to my primary calendar (Google or Outlook, I’m open to whichever can integrate cleanly).
• An automated SMS reminder workflow I can tailor: how many hours or days before the event, custom message text, and the option to fire off a follow-up “thank-you” or feedback link once the event concludes.

I’m fine if your preferred stack includes Zapier, Twilio, Calendly, Google Calendar API, or similar tools; what matters is that it works smoothly and is simple enough for me to tweak later without coding. If you can also build in fallback channels like email or push notifications, note that as a bonus—not essential, but future-proofing is welcome.
