EV Carpool Booking App

I run an electric-vehicle carpool service and need a mobile app, similar in spirit to “Bla Bla,” that lets riders quickly reserve a seat in one of our cars. The build should launch on both iOS and Android from day one and remain visually consistent across the two.

Core functionality I must see working end-to-end:
• Ride booking with pickup/drop-off selection, fare estimate, and real-time seat availability
• Secure payment processing (cards, wallets, and ideally Apple Pay / Google Pay)
• Live driver tracking on a map so passengers can follow their car’s approach and route

Clean, intuitive UX is essential, as most users will reserve on the go. Please factor in basic account creation with phone/email verification and a simple admin panel (web or in-app) where I can review trips, payments, and vehicle status.

When you reply, share links to two or three live apps that highlight similar booking, payments, or tracking flows—preferably built in Flutter, React Native, or native Swift/Kotlin, whichever you feel will deliver the smoothest experience and easiest long-term maintenance.

My goal is a polished MVP ready for public testing, so outline a roadmap with major milestones (design handoff, first working build, beta, final release) and note any ongoing support options you offer after launch.
