Key deliverables:
• A vetted list of prospective European clients (company name, decision-maker contact, and qualification notes).
• An outreach plan tailored to each prospect, including the preferred communication channel and proposed value proposition.
• Regular progress updates with meeting schedules, feedback from prospects, and next-step recommendations until initial purchase orders are obtained.
