Europe Uber/Bolt Email Scraper
Budget / SalaryHourly project

I’m assembling a pan-European database of publicly listed contact emails tied to people who have placed Uber or Bolt rides in the past. Every record must come with the live source URL and the collection date so I can verify compliance and freshness.
Target geography
• All European countries—EU members and non-EU states alike.
Target verticals
My focus is wide: travel agencies, tour operators, travel bloggers, hotels, hostels, short-term rental operators, taxi and chauffeur firms, car-rental or other mobility businesses—plus any other relevant segments you discover. The only restriction is that the email address must already be publicly displayed; no private data acquisition, no breaches of platform terms.
Key deliverables
• CSV or XLSX containing: email address, source URL, date captured
• Cleaned, deduplicated dataset with obvious spam or generic booking@, info@ addresses removed wherever possible
• Brief methodology notes describing scraping logic and validation checks
Proof of capability
When you reply, attach evidence of at least two comparable scraping assignments—redacted samples showing volumes, accuracy percentages, and a client reference or other verifiable proof of successful delivery.
Milestone approach
Propose a small paid pilot first (e.g., 500–1,000 rows) so I can evaluate accuracy before authorising the full run. Include your anticipated timeline for the pilot and the complete dataset, a clear overview of your data-cleaning and validation process, and your total cost structure.
Compliance reminder
We do not have written permission from Uber, Bolt, or individual users; therefore every email must already be available in the public domain. Any data acquired from gated or login-protected pages will be rejected.
I’m ready to move quickly once I see a solid plan.
