I need a partner who can take applicants from initial screening all the way to securing a European placement and the correct paperwork that lets them start on day one. In practical terms this means two tightly-linked tasks: sourcing suitable roles in Europe that match each candidate’s profile and then managing the sponsorship process for both work visas and, when relevant, student visas.

You should already have a network of European employers or academic institutions that can issue Certificates of Sponsorship or equivalent documentation. Once a candidate is selected, I will rely on you to guide them through every compliance step documentation checks, appointment scheduling, embassy submissions, and timely follow-upsuntil the visa is approved and they can travel.

Please outline:
• how you access or attract vacancies open to international talent,
• your typical visa success timeline for work and student routes, and
• previous European jurisdictions you have handled (e.g., Germany, Netherlands, Spain, etc.).

Final deliverable is simple: a successfully placed candidate with an approved visa package ready for arrival.
