I am looking for an experienced Etsy Shop Manager to run my Etsy store end to end, from finding winning products to making consistent sales. The shop is already set up. What I need is someone who can take full ownership of daily operations and growth, and treat the store as if it were their own.
This is a performance-based partnership on an 80/20 net-profit split (I keep 80%, you earn 20%), so your earnings grow directly with the store's results.
Your responsibilities
• Product research: find trending, profitable products and niches using Etsy search data and tools like eRank, EverBee or Marmalead, and validate demand and competition before we list anything.
• Sourcing and setup: set up products through print-on-demand suppliers (e.g. Printify, Printful) and create digital products where suitable, with pricing that keeps healthy margins.
• Listings and SEO: write keyword-optimised titles, tags and descriptions that rank and convert.
• Visuals: create clean, eye-catching mockups and product images in Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Marketing: manage Etsy Ads and drive outside traffic through Pinterest, Instagram or other channels you have proven results with.
• Orders and customer service: process orders, coordinate with suppliers, answer messages and handle issues promptly to protect our reviews and Star Seller status.
• Reporting: share a short monthly report covering sales, ad spend, top products and next steps.
What I am looking for
• Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with verifiable sales (please share a shop link or screenshots).
• Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, Etsy Ads, Drop shipping and print-on-demand.
• Good English communication and reliability with regular updates.
How we will work
I provide the shop, branding direction and final approval on new products. You handle research, listings, marketing and day-to-day operations. Profit is calculated monthly after all costs (production, fees and ads), and your 20% share is paid once the figures are confirmed.
To apply, please share your Etsy experience, a shop you have grown along with the results, and a brief plan for how you would approach the first 30 days.
