Project Title: Etsy & Amazon KDP Specialist Needed — Launch 100 Digital Product Listings + 4 Books
I’m looking for an experienced, detail-oriented freelancer to help launch and organize my children’s printable shop, DigitalDoodleShop, on Etsy, along with approximately four coloring/activity books on Amazon KDP.
I have spent the past week creating a collection of products and now need someone who can help turn the existing files into polished, accurate listings. My goal is to publish approximately 100 Etsy product listings and 4 KDP books within 7–10 days, depending on file readiness and platform review times.
About the products
My collection includes whimsical children’s and holiday digital products such as:
Coloring books and printable coloring pages
Christmas bingo and other printable games
Gift tags, greeting cards, and matching envelopes
Santa letters, wish lists, and stationery sets
Alphabet cards, word searches, word scrambles, and activity packs
Etsy products will be sold as digital downloads. Books will be published in print through The Little Scribble Company on Amazon KDP.
What I need help with:
1. Etsy Platform
Organize and review existing product files.
Prepare approximately 100 listings using individual products, sets, and clearly differentiated bundles from the available collection.
Write keyword-informed titles, descriptions, and tags.
Accurately describe each product’s contents, dimensions, file formats, and printing instructions.
Prepare listing images using existing artwork and mockups, creating additional mockups where needed.
Recommend pricing for my approval.
Upload and check digital download files.
Organize shop sections and polish the shop description, FAQs, and relevant settings.
Track listing status and flag missing files or information.
2. Amazon KDP Platform
Review and format approximately four existing book interiors and covers.
Check trim size, margins, bleed, page order, image quality, and cover dimensions.
Prepare titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, and pricing recommendations.
Upload files and resolve issues identified in KDP’s preview tools.
Accurately complete platform disclosures, including AI-generated content disclosures where applicable.
Prepare each book for my final approval before submission.
Required experience
Hands-on experience launching Etsy digital download listings
Hands-on experience formatting and publishing paperback coloring or activity books through Amazon KDP
Strong English copywriting and attention to detail
Canva and PDF editing skills
Knowledge of Etsy search optimization and KDP formatting requirements
Ability to work efficiently across a large collection of files
Deliverables
Approximately 100 complete, checked Etsy listings
Approximately 4 properly formatted KDP book submissions
An updated product tracker with file links, pricing, listing links, and publication status
A brief handover covering completed work and any outstanding platform reviews
I will provide existing product files, branding, mockups, and available product information. This project focuses on preparing and launching existing products; please identify any additional design or file-repair work separately.
Timeline and milestones
My target is 7–10 days from receiving the files and access. Please propose a realistic schedule. Platform approval times are outside the freelancer’s control.
I would like to begin with a small paid milestone covering three Etsy listings and a formatting review of one KDP book. Once approved, we can proceed with the remaining work.
