Etsy and TikTok Ads Specialist Needed

Job Description: Etsy Shop Manager and TikTok Ads Specialist

I am an acrylic artist. I create original paintings on stretched canvas, and I currently have an Etsy shop and a TikTok Shop where I post pictures and videos of my artwork.

I am looking for a reliable and experienced person who can manage my Etsy shop, promote my artwork, and help me increase sales through Etsy Ads and TikTok Ads.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and improve my Etsy shop.
- Create attractive product listings with good titles, descriptions, keywords, and tags.
- Run and manage Etsy Ads and TikTok Ads to attract potential buyers.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Help me sell my original physical paintings first.
- Later, help me sell affordable printed copies of my original artwork.

Weekly Sales Target:

After one or two months my target is to sell 100 printed copies per week from just 4 original paintings. The prints will be priced affordably, so the main goal is to attract buyers and generate a high volume of sales.

Payment and Commission:

A commission will be offered when the agreed weekly sales target is achieved. I am looking for someone who can focus on results, find genuine buyers, and help grow my art business over time.
