I need a complete, end-to-end system that lets my car-rental dealership manage short-term loans, collect signed consent, and automatically track every toll a borrower racks up while driving in or outside Sydney.
Here is the workflow I must see in production:
1. The dealer logs in, checks live vehicle availability, and emails a consent form from the dashboard.
2. The customer opens that form on web or mobile, e-signs, uploads their licence photo, and submits.
3. Once I approve, the keys change hands and the trip begins.
4. GPS hardware in each of my five cars streams location data; any time the vehicle passes through a toll point, the system calls the official Transport for NSW eToll API, records the charge, and assigns it to that customer’s booking.
5. Back in the dashboard I view, in real time,
• current fleet availability,
• every submitted consent package, and
• running toll totals per trip, ready for invoicing.
Please include in your message a brief outline of your relevant experience with GPS integrations, RESTful APIs, and responsive web/mobile platforms—no lengthy proposal necessary, just evidence you have done something similar.
I am still deciding which GPS trackers to purchase, so part of the engagement is helping me choose affordable, reliable devices that work well with the planned architecture.
Final deliverables will be:
• Responsive web/mobile front end for consent and licence upload
• Secure dealer dashboard with the three data views above
• Working integration to the eToll API (Transport for NSW) with tested toll calculations
• Documentation on recommended GPS hardware and installation steps for all five cars
• Source code and deployment guide
If you have the right background, I’m ready to move quickly.
